POSITION SUMMARY

Storebuild, LLC, a real estate investment and development company is seeking a full time / hourly Client Services Coordinator.  This is an "in office" position and is responsible for working in direct partnership with the property management and finance manager to support administrative day-to-day operations. As part of your responsibilities, you will have daily interaction with executive team on all aspects of business growth, property management, and client marketing. Flexible hybrid scheduling is available based on experience level and performance. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Provide support to Property Management and assist in effective transition, daily management, and operation of the Storebuild properties

  • Provide support and assistance for all real estate development related activities including all document and file preparation, management, and coordination.

  • Some Bookkeeping and light accounting background is important to the success of this position. We will train the candidate on our systems and preferences, but a basic working knowledge of Excel, Quickbooks, and/or Yardi property management software is a preferred

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records in Storebuild’s workflow / project management tools. Generate standard and ad hoc reports as required.

  • Provide general support and assistance for all Project Management related activities including tenant improvement, land improvement, and capital improvement projects

  • Coordinate company events / client market tours

  • Assist with the development of bid documents for various types of projects

  • Maintain and manage online and hard copy files

  • Maintain and update database contact lists for marketing

  • Other duties may be assigned based on candidates skills and experience
     

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES, SKILLS, ABILITIES

This position requires a candidate with a demonstrated track record of success. Requirements include:

  • An Associate’s / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred but not required

  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Quickbooks, and/or equivalent software experience required. Yardi property management software experience a huge plus, not required.

  • Prior Real Estate Industry Experience preferred but not required

  • Strong social, organizational and computer skills required

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively and quickly via email and text is important.

  • Self-directed, entrepreneurial, take-charge, high integrity, consciences, and eager to develop news skills are words the ideal candidate may use to describe themselves.

  • Work hard / play hard mentality, work / life balance oriented, willing to take on projects that stretch skillsets
