MIKE PEIRCE
MIKE has 27 years of real estate experience primarily in development and brokerage. He has consummated over 900 commercial real estate transactions in his career. Prior to Storebuild, Mike held leadership positions at both Oakridge Properties and Mid America Real Estate Corp. He is also the Founder and Managing Member of Oakridge Realty.
HIS career highlights include brokerage and development of over 5,000,000 sf of ground up Walmart & Sam’s Club stores, 1,000,000 sf of retail development along Randall Rd, and an additional 2,000,000 sf of shopping centers throughout Chicagoland.
Mike works closely with his clients to improve their real estate holdings particularly thru their real estate expansion efforts and other portfolio optimization objectives.
He is a father of two active boys of whom he enjoys spending most of his free time which includes his forte of coaching baseball. His wife also enjoys a gratifying career as a college professor.
