KAREN has 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with an emphasis in Multi-family and Senior Housing. Influenced by her entrepreneurial upbringing, she built her first development when she was 25 years old. Throughout her career, Karen has held a variety of investments in multi-family, horizontal land development, senior living development, renewable energy projects and start-ups within the technology sector.

HER diverse background brings a multi-faceted edge to our client partners. Karen has earned a solid reputation for resolving complex financial challenges and designing strategic joint venture partnerships. She brings deep relationships with private owners, banks, private equity groups and family offices, providing a robust network poised to create value in the real estate industry.
