DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY

POSITION SUMMARY
Storebuild, LLC, a real estate investment and development company is seeking a full time Development Manager.  The position is responsible for working in partnership with the executive team and our key clients on all aspects of development and construction management.

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Pre-development services

• Construction administration (critical)

• History with programmatic / multi-site (Medical) development and construction is a plus

• Municipal zoning negotiation and permitting

• Feasibility and financial analysis

• Development design coordination

• Hiring and management of consultants

• Environmental evaluation and coordination

• Accounting and reporting of project costs

• Management of legal requirements

• Responsible for maintaining accurate records in Storebuild’s workflow / project management tools and other software

• Generate standard and ad hoc reports as required

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES, SKILLS, ABILITIES

This position requires an experienced development manager with an established track record of success. Requirements include:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree

• A minimum of 5 years development and construction experience

• Expert knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Facebook, LinkedIn. 

• Experience with construction documents including contracts, bid documents, construction draws, change orders and Certificates of Insurance (Preferred not required)

• Strong social, organizational and computer skills required​
